Braintree BMX Club coaching - 030125

Members only coaching sessions. Our club sessions are only available to primary club members and our aim to to give riders a pathway from their first session through to the advanced group or as far as they want to take their journey in the sport. Where numbers allow will be running 4 groups of riders, all running for 1.5 hours and all places are £8 per rider (Bike hire is £5 extra when available). Sessions will run at the following times and will be for the riders who fall into the categories listed and grouped at the coaches discretion: 09:00-10:30 ADVANCED GROUP 10:45-12:15 ADVANCED GROUP/CORE GROUP 12:30-14:00 CORE GROUP 14:15-15:45 FUNDAMENTALS GROUP The groups are as per the coaching structure, riders will be split at the coaches discretion. Riders are responsible for ensuring they have a well maintained bike, ready for the session. Appropriate race kit MUST be worn by riders in sessions 1-3. Priority will be given to Braintree's first club riders, but where space and appropriate groupings allow we will accommodate as many riders as possible. Registration closes at 0800 on the Thursday before the session. Please pay attention to the group you are registering in. The coaches will let you know if you have moved group.
