XLR8 Bike School - Advanced/National rider winter training clinics Who - Riders aged 11+ racing at the top end of Regional/Nationals looking to develop advanced skills, track speed, gates, strength, and be prepped for the 2027 race season. When - Fortnightly on Wednesdays 1800-2030. Where - Lee Valley Velopark, London. All sessions will include - off track warm up and skills. On track warm up, technical skill drills, tactical awareness and planning, goal setting, and an element of physical training. NOT FOR MESSERS!!
