GLASGOW NATIONAL PREP TRAINING CLINIC - GLASGOW BMX CENTRE I'm very excited to be back at Knightswood for the first time since the 2023 World Championships to offer 4 Pre national prep training clinics at the Glasgow BMX Centre. Thursday 2nd April - 1000-1300 11 and unders Thursday 2nd April - 1300-1600 12 and over including 8m hill Friday 3rd April - 1000-1300 11 and unders Friday 3rd April - 1300-1600 12 and over including 8m hill (age ranges may change dependent on rider suitability) £60 per rider per session. The clinics will give the riders 2.5 hours of coached track time, covering race lines, gate starts, race scenarios and the sessions will increase intensity throughout to bring the riders up to race speed, followed by 30 minutes free track time in each session. With two sessions available for both age groups, riders will have the opportunity to maximise their riding over two days. However, anyone only attending one day can expect to leave the track in the knowledge they have covered all areas. I have a proven track record in my riders success on this track at both the 2023 world championships and previous national races and can guarantee the riders will leave with the best possible prep for national racing. The sessions will be strictly for riders who are competing in the 2026 British National series. However, if there are any places left available I will take expressions of interest into consideration.
