CARDIFF NATIONAL PREP TRAINING CLINIC - CARDIFF BMX CENTRE I'm very excited to be heading to Cardiff to offer 4 Pre national prep training clinics at the Cardiff BMX Centre. Thursday 28th May - 1000-1230 11 and unders Thursday 28th May - 1230-1500 12 and over Friday 29th May - 1000-1230 11 and unders Friday 29th May - 1230-1500 12 and over (age ranges may change dependent on rider suitability) £50 per rider per session. The clinics will give the riders 2 hours of coached track time, covering race lines, gate starts, race scenarios and the sessions will increase intensity throughout to bring the riders up to race speed, followed by 30 minutes free track time in each session. With two sessions available for both age groups, riders will have the opportunity to maximise their riding over two days, with the weekend ahead offering a regional race opportunity too. However, anyone only attending one day can expect to leave the track in the knowledge they have covered all areas. I have a proven track record in my riders success and can guarantee the riders will leave with the best possible prep for national racing. The sessions will be strictly for riders who are competing in the 2026 British National series. However, if there are any places left available I will take expressions of interest into consideration.
